David Lambert is a Belgian writer/director. He holds a degree in Romantic languages and literature from the University of Liège. His first feature, HORS LES MURS, premiered at Cannes in 2012, winning the Critics’ Prize. In 2014, his second feature JE SUIS À TOI, a love story between a homosexual and a bisexual, won prizes in Angoulême, Karlovy Vary, and many others.

Recently widowed and overcome with grief, fiftysomething homosexual Martin accepts a friend’s proposition of a marriage of convenience to Tamara, a twenty-year-old Congolese woman. Different on every level, they’ll need to make their love believable to the authorities - but if they pretend long enough, they might learn to love each other… in their own way!
